Therapeutic Massage

This massage will be tailored to your specific needs to help alleviate stress, pain and discomfort.  Our goal is to improve the body's ability to heal itself.  Himalayan salt stones, aromatherapy, or warm river stones are available to enhance the massage.

Kinetic Chain Release (KCR)

KCR is a series of gentle stretches, carefully crafted to quickly smoothly and often sensationally bring about postural changes that will correct the body's imbalances in young and old alike and eliminate many physical issues in the process.  KCR is often combined with Connective Tissue Release.  It is suggested to wear comfortable clothing because this treatment is received fully clothed.

Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, and reduces stress and anxiety.  This is done through the use of the practitioner's hands to gently deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

Bone Washing

Bone Washing is an ancient form of Hawaiian Healing that involves a gentle tapping on the periosteum of the bones.  Our bones are our body's support system and bone washing works down to the skeletal structure, freeing restrictions.  The pressure is light and can be deeply relaxing. This treatment is received fully clothed with the intention of focusing and releasing.
