Welcome! I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist serving New Jersey and Pennsylvania, dedicated to helping clients relax, restore, and revitalize through holistic bodywork.

In 2016, I graduated from The School of Body Therapies in Langhorne, PA, completing over 600 hours of training in therapeutic massage and bodywork. My practice integrates a variety of healing modalities that I've studied extensively over the years.

Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) Instructor & Practitioner

I’m an accredited KCR practitioner and certified instructor for all five courses on the Pathway to Bodywork Mastery. I was personally trained by Hugh Gilbert, the Scottish physiotherapist who founded KCR, and completed all available courses at the KCR Academy in Scotland. Teaching these courses is one of my greatest joys, and I’m thrilled to offer this transformative education here in the United States.

Hawaiian Healing Traditions

My journey with Hugh Gilbert also introduced me to the world of Hawaiian healing. I’ve spent time in Hawaii learning directly from native healers and continue to study with them today. These techniques bring a deeply spiritual and restorative element to my sessions.

Reiki Mastery

I am a Level 3 Reiki practitioner, trained and attuned in the Usui System of Natural Healing. My Reiki lineage traces directly to the 22 Masters initiated by Madam Hawayo Takata, ensuring a strong and authentic connection to this powerful healing tradition.

A Healing Space in Nature

After several years working in a massage and facial studio, I felt called to create a space that reflects the full spectrum of my training and healing philosophy. My home-based practice is nestled in a serene natural setting—an ideal environment for deep relaxation and renewal.
