I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  I graduated from The School of Body Therapies in Langhorne, PA and completed over 600 hours of training in therapeutic massage and bodywork. 

In addition to therapeutic massage, I am an accredited Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) practitioner and instructor. I was taught this protocol directly from Scottish physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert, the founder of KCR.  Over the years, I have completed all available courses at the KCR Academy in Scotland.  Some of these courses include Connective Tissue Release and Postural Energetics.  I am now a certified KCR instructor and can teach these courses globally.  

During my time with Hugh, I became introduced to Hawaiian healing techniques.  In 2019, I spent a few weeks in Hawaii learning from Hawaiian healers.  I continue to take classes with some of these teachers, learning Hawaiian healing techniques that I can incorporate into my bodywork sessions. 

I am a Level 3 Reiki practitioner, trained and attuned in the Usui System of Natural Healing. The Reiki Masters that I have done all of my training with have lineage that is directly connected to the 22 Masters trained and initiated by Madam Hawayo Takata.

After working at a massage and facial studio for a few years, I decided that I wanted to incorporate all my teachings and work in my own space.  That led me to the creation of my home-based business. This space that I now work out of is surrounded by beautiful nature.  It is a perfect place for clients to relax, restore, and revitalize.  I look forward to working with you!
